Programme Description

A large-scale leadership development initiative that brings about lasting change in organisational culture and leadership mindset. Embarking on this programme will show a clear statement of intent to foster a consistent leadership culture across your organisation and a commitment to developing ‘higher order’ leadership amongst your teams.

Includes

• Mosaic modules (half day) x 10 topics for 100 participants as a package programme

• Monthly small group coaching sessions

• Opportunities to practise leadership skills through mentoring and coaching on our ‘Migrant and refugee leadership programme’

• Access to online learning programmes for 1 year

• Pre- and post-programme design and support for implementation

• Membership to our exclusive network of ‘higher order’ leaders who have also been through the programme.

• A select group of 20 will also be given the opportunity for an in-person retreat at Clos de Gaye.

• Organisations that have shown commitment to training 100 Leaders in ‘higher order’ leadership have the unique opportunity to be a founding member of The Centre for the Arts and Global Leadership and to access our community, social and artistic programmes at Clos de Gaye.
