We use participation in theatre and the arts to help energise and inspire teams and enable them to work together more effectively. Our techniques are based on the work of our multiple award-winning founder, Caroline Watson, who has worked all over the world in projects that build leadership skills, ‘soft’ skills and enhance and improve community and teams.
For example, if you are looking to trouble shoot a challenge in your company, we would embark together on creating a series of ‘Frozen Pictures’ which harness the collective intelligence of the group to identify the blocks to progress – and, the solutions to get us out of the mess.
If you are increasingly working across the world, or have recently merged with another company with a different nationality or company culture, we would use a technique called ‘role reversal’ which enables us to ‘step into the shoes’ of your colleagues, to understand their perspective in order to work together more effectively.
Or, if you are looking to revive the spirits of an over-worked team, deserving of the opportunity to take some time out to reflect on the journey so far, and come back rested and revived and ready for the next steps, you might love the opportunity to come to our stunning retreat centre, Clos de Gaye, in south west France, for an experience like no other, integrating fun and creative team-building techniques with the stunning scenery of the Basque and Pyrénée region.

In common with all of our programmes, we use creative and participatory approaches to training and leadership development, such as the development of character and story that can be key assets in understanding your stakeholders and improving your communications; using the tools of acting to improve your presentation skills; and role play and ‘Forum’ Theatre to ‘rehearse for real life’ the individual behaviour change and larger-scale social change needed to bring about visionary thinking and doing in our leadership
