Building our confidence
Often when we’ve experienced a degree of success in our lives, we have a tendency to ask ourselves ‘who me?’. We doubt our abilities, feel sure that we have only got where we are through some kind of fluke or mistake and, most damagingly, spend way too much time second guessing and overthinking our next steps.
-
In this inspirational course, we take apart the limiting beliefs that prevent you from stepping onto the stage of your life and claiming your brilliance! In this four session course, we will examine the following core ideas:
In the 4 session course, we will cover:
It’s not about you, silly. The best leaders are those who feel they are acting on instructions from some sort of higher power, whether that’s God or another deity, their own sense of intuition, or a powerful feeling within that they have something important to say. We cut through the blocks of self doubt and help you keep listening to that voice.
Keeping the channels open. What can we do to ensure we don’t lose sight of our goals? We explore what visionary artists and thinkers have done to ensure they don’t get ‘blocked’ in the achievement of our goals.
Your vision is unique to you, it is your DUTY to follow it. Have you ever thought that your dreams have come to you for a reason? That, far from being a whimsical fancy and something unachievable, they have come into your experience to be of service to the world.
Go forward and take action. Ways to stop the little gremlins of doubt let go and leave them trailing in the dust so you never ever look back and keep going forward!

The best leadership is that which is in service to others. As we find ourselves moving further and further up the ranks of leadership, it is imperative that we move away from simply micro-managing others (and ourselves!) and allow a more expansive view of ourselves and others to enable us all to shine.
-
In this four session course we will learn some common principles and themes to take into account in allowing you to unleash the potential of your teams and ensure you achieve outsized results!
In the 4 session course, we will cover:
Leadership as facilitation. The best leaders are coaches and mentors to those they lead, enabling them to flourish and grow, not holding them back with micromanagement and too much hierarchy. Learn how you can be the best coach and help those you lead to grow.
Giving an A – with thanks to Benjamin Zander. What would it mean if you saw the potential of those that you lead? If you were able to move forward in seeing them as totally the potential in others
Letting others lead. Letting others lead requires you to get yourself out of the way, to lead and support from behind, not out in front, and realising the power and potential of being the ‘wind beneath the wings’ of those who are inspired to work with you.
Getting outsized results from empowering others. A little known fact: micro-managing others is such a waste of time! Do you really want to spend your life watching over what someone else is doing? Our world is at a crossroads, we don’t have time to waste! Leading and empowering others give you the time and space to get to the next level too – the world is waiting for you to shine by letting others do the same.
